Darren Tyler spent the past 15 years working in the booking and management world of the Christian Music Industry. Starting his career as booking agent for Jars of Clay and Third Day it was an amazing journey. After landing at William Morris Agency in the late 90’s, Darren went on to found Platform Artist Management. While at Platform Darren was integral in launching and guiding the careers of Kutless, Disciple, Everlife, Stellar Kart, Esterlyn and Chasen.
Simultaneously God was working through Darren as a volunteer youth pastor for 5 years and then leading the college / career Bible Study for a local church for another 4 years.
It was from this parallel path that Conduit Bible Study was born in 2007. A Bible Study that actually studied the Bible, Conduit ultimately became Conduit Mission.
In 2009, God began to tap Darren on the shoulder again. It was time to lay down the company he founded and to respond to the call to be a pastor. God confirmed this in multiple settings including the leadership of Jamie George, Pastor of Journey Church in Franklin, TN where Darren attended and served as an elder for 2 years. Darren is currently the lead pastor of Conduit Church.

Jeremy Hezlep grew up the son of a pastor in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Music has always been a passion of his ever since he was a little kid. Guitar and drums have been present in his life since a young age. In high school it became clear that Jeremy’s musical passions were in leading worship with his guitar and vocals. Over the past 15+ years Jeremy has played music all over the world.
Growing up in an amazing Christian home Jeremy had a great representation of what it means to be a true follower of Christ. Even as a child Jeremy always knew there was something different about living a life that follows Jesus. In junior high was when Jeremy’s relationship with Christ really became his own. Jeremy has been on fire for Christ serving as a youth leader, helped lead a college campus group called Brothers and Sisters in Christ, leading worship all over the Country, lead a small group at Journey Church, and also helped start Conduit Bible Study which then became Conduit Mission.
Darren and Jeremy have been serving together in different forms of ministry since 2004. They helped lead a young adult Bible study together for years before starting Conduit Mission together. People who have been in the military often speak of an incredible bond that forms when people go to war together. Such a bond has formed between Darren and Jeremy as they have served on the front lines the last few years. Jeremy took the plunge into ministry in 2010 and is currently serving as the Executive Pastor of Conduit Church.
Jeremy has been married to his lovely wife Amber since 2004. They have been blessed to play music together and toured the world together while playing with Amber and her sister’s band Everlife. The two of them currently live in Franklin, TN with there two cats Dude and Lucy.
