The Conduit Mission Team

Conduit Mission launched as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in 2007 with the goal of being a “Conduit” of resources to the hopeless and hurting. Over the years, Conduit Mission has been influential in starting a child sponsorship program in Haiti, an orphanage in Africa, and has offered immediate disaster relief to Nashville, Haiti, Japan, and Alabama.

Darren Tyler – Founder

Conduit Mission was birthed out of a bible study started by Darren Tyler in 2007. Any contributions that came in would flow out, like a Conduit, to help others. Quickly, a child-sponsorship program in Haiti was established and within a few short years, over a half million dollars was given away to humanitarian endeavors. Darren retired from 15 years of artist management in the Christian Music Industry in 2010 to become the lead pastor of Conduit Church, located in Thompsons Station, TN. He resides in Franklin with his wife Shannon and four children: Madi, Ashleigh, Lauryn, and Ethan.

Sarah Ross – Missions Trip Coordinator

Sarah Ross brings her abilities to the table as Conduit’s Missions Trip Coordinator, organizing trips to Haiti, Togo, and India in 2012. Sarah has been on a total of 7 short-term missions trips all over the world, 3 of them with Conduit Mission.
